1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Learnix ITFI Institute, operated by Learnix ITFI Institute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. User Accounts & Registration

  • Provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Your email is verified with a one-time code (OTP) before your account becomes active.
  • Users under 18 should register with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • Teacher accounts are activated only after CV review, an interview and admin approval.

3. Student, Teacher & Admin Responsibilities

Students must complete their own work honestly. Cheating, plagiarism or someone else taking a quiz on your behalf may lead to suspension.
Teachers are responsible for accurate course content, fair grading and professional communication with students. Teachers may use the platform's AI tools for help, but final grades are always decided by the teacher.

4. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment requests are reviewed by our team; submitting one does not guarantee a seat.
  • Payment is made only after your enrollment is approved.
  • If a level is full, you may join its waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat. When a seat is offered to you, you have 48 hours to enroll (or until enrollment for the batch closes, if that is sooner) before the offer passes to the next student. Full waitlist rules are in the Enrollment Terms.
  • Freezing, cancellations and refunds follow the Enrollment Terms shown when you enroll.

5. Acceptable Use

While using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Do not upload harmful, illegal or copied content.
  • Do not try to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the platform.
  • Do not harass or impersonate students, teachers or staff.

6. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials belong to Learnix ITFI Institute or the instructor and are for your personal learning only. Sharing, selling or re-uploading them without permission is not allowed.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued once you meet the course completion requirements (progress, assignments and quizzes). They are a record of course completion, not a formal degree.

8. Privacy & Data

  • We use your information only to run the platform: your account, enrollments, classes and course updates. We never sell it.
  • Live classes may be recorded so students can review them later.
  • You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the platform or act fraudulently.

10. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the platform accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
